1. Sleeping with make-up on.

Wash your skin with soap and water before going to bed to free your skin from make-up and all its nasty effects when left on for too long.
2. Tanning or sunbathing.
We all love to spend a few hours under the sun to give us that brownish glow.

It can also strip your skin of moisture resulting in old-looking, wrinkly skin.

Keep your sheets clean and fresh so your skin doesn’t come into contact with dirt and bacteria during your long hours in bed.
10. Touching your face too much.
According to a study, we humans touch our face an average of 2 times a minute. Now, think about where your hands were minutes before you touched your face. With all the activity that your hands have gone through touching unclean surfaces, money, and other things, who’s to say you aren’t introducing bacteria and dirt to your face.
Lay off of the face-touching so you don’t inadvertently introduce foreign contaminants to your face.
