Easy Scrambled Eggs Breakfast Recipe

Three weeks of break makes me want to cook all throughout the day. Staying home all week can obviously be boring, so I decided I could share with you what I ate for breakfast. Here’s a quick and easy scrambled eggs breakfast recipe that you can eat at anytime, and will only take 5 minutes! It’s delicious! ♥ ♥ ♥

You will need (single serving only):

1 Egg

1-2 tbsp of Mayonnaise

1 tbsp of Butter

Some fruits and salsa (optional)

1. Heat up a frying pan on low to medium

2. Pour the butter on the pan once heated

3. Mix up the egg and mayonnaise in a small bowl

4.) Flip the egg once needed

5.) Spice up with some fruits and salsa! VOILA! :)
